Restoree Bondi | Holistic Remedial Massage – Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the provision of remedial massage, holistic care, and related services provided by Restoree ("we", "us", "our"). By booking or receiving a service, you ("client", "you", "your") agree to these Terms.
1. BOOKINGS & APPOINTMENTS
1.1 Booking Confirmation
Appointments may be made online, via text, call, or in person.
A booking is confirmed when you pay the deposit.
1.2 You receive two reminders of your upcoming booking. One written email and mobile text message.
1.2 Appointment Start Times
Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in a reduced treatment duration to avoid impacting subsequent clients. Full fees apply.
Your appointment begins from when walk into the treatment room.
Your appointment ends when the practitioner leaves the room post massage.
1.3 Minimum Age
Clients under 18 require parent or guardian consent. We may refuse treatment if appropriate consent is not provided.
2. CANCELLATIONS, RESCHEDULING, FEES & REMINDERS
2.1 Cancellation Policy
A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
2.2 Late Cancellation or No-Show Fee
Cancellations within 48 hours may be charged 50% of the appointment fee.
No-Show Fee
Cancellation inside 3 hours of your appointment and No-Shows may incur 100% of the treatment fee.
2.3 Reminders and Exceptions
You receive two reminders of your upcoming bookings. One written (email) and one electronic message (mobile text message). It is your respsonsbility to make sure your personal details are up to date to receive these reminders.
Exceptions may be made in cases of emergencies at our discretion.
3. PAYMENT & PRICING
3.1 Payment Methods
We accept card, online payment, and any other options listed on our booking platform.
3.2 Pricing
All prices are listed in AUD. We reserve the right to update pricing at any time. The price at the time of booking applies.
4. HEALTH, SAFETY & CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
4.1 Health Disclosure
You agree to provide accurate and complete health information during your intake and to update us if your condition changes.
4.2 Contraindications
We may decline or modify treatment if contraindications exist, including illness, skin conditions, injury, or medical red flags.
4.3 Personal Hygiene & Conduct
Clients must maintain appropriate hygiene and treat the therapist and premises with respect. Inappropriate behaviour may result in immediate termination of the session without refund.
4.4 Pregnancy & Medical Conditions
Special care is required for pregnancy, recent surgeries, chronic conditions, or acute injuries. You acknowledge that massage is not a substitute for medical care.
5. THERAPIST RIGHTS & SERVICE LIMITATIONS
5.1 Scope of Practice
We provide remedial massage, dry needling, myofascial cupping, acupressure, and holistic care within the limits of our training and accreditation. We do not diagnose medical conditions or provide medical advice.
5.2 Therapist Discretion
We reserve the right to refuse service for safety, ethical, or professional reasons.
6. LIABILITY & DISCLAIMERS
6.1 Acknowledgement of Risks
Massage is generally safe but may involve risks that are not limited to temporary soreness, bruising, discomfort, temporary lower blood pressure and drowsiness. You accept these risks.
6.2 Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Restoree Massage is not liable for:
injuries resulting from undisclosed health conditions,
worsening of pre-existing injuries,
outcomes outside our reasonable control.
6.3 Australian Consumer Law
Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) remain in force. Nothing in these Terms excludes or alters those rights.
7. GIFT VOUCHERS & PACKAGES
7.1 Validity Period
Gift vouchers and massage packs are valid for the period stated at purchase, typically 12 months unless otherwise specified.
7.2 Non-Refundable
Vouchers and packages are generally non-refundable except as required by law.
7.3 Transferability
Vouchers may be transferable unless stated otherwise.
8. PRIVACY & DATA USE
8.1 Personal Information
We collect personal and health information solely for providing safe and effective treatment.
8.2 Data Storage
Information is stored securely in compliance with Australian privacy legislation.
8.3 Confidentiality
Your personal information is confidential and will not be shared except with your consent or as required by law.
9. ONLINE BOOKINGS, COMMUNICATION & AUTOMATION
9.1 Platform Use
By using our booking platform, you agree to its terms and any third-party provider terms.
9.2 Automated Messages
You will receive two appointment reminders in the form of written (email) and message (mobile text message). You acknowledge that it is your responsibility to update your personal details ensuring you receive these communications.
10. CHANGES TO TERMS
We may update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be published on our website and apply to future bookings.
